Family Mediation
A professional process helping those dealing with the practical issues of divorce and separation whether those issues are in relation to proprietary and financial division, pension sharing, debt management and child arrangements.
Mediation Information Assessment Meeting [MIAM]
A MIAM is the first step in the Family Mediation process. It is mandatory to attend a MIAM whether it is to proceed towards a mutually agreed mediated agreement regarding all types of family disputes or a step first towards a judicial determination of family disputes.
Family Mediation Rates
Our Family Mediation fees are all clear and transparent.
We have fixed and the most cost effective Family Mediation rates starting from just £70 per person.
Legal Aid is available for those eligible.
We are registered with the Ministry of Justice to provide up to £500 towards mediation costs for those involved in child arrangement disputes.
Civil & Commercial Mediation
Civil and Commercial Mediation is for those involved in any common law dispute with a value over £10,000 who want to avoid the stresses and uncertainties of litigation and judicial determination.
Civil and Commercial Mediation Costs
Our Civil and Commercial Mediation fees are guaranteed the most competitive.
We have transparent and cost effective Civil and Commercial Mediation rates.
We are part of the Civil Mediation Council Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme for Small Claim Mediations.
We provide special discounted rates for restorative Community Mediations.

Small Claims Mediation
Small Claim disputes with a value up to £10,000 are just as stressful and as equally important as a dispute valued 10-times as much.
Community Mediation
Community Mediation primarily involves inter-personal conflicts, typically without any financial element involved such as disputes between friends and neighbours, landlords and tenants.
